First Croatian Aperitivo
The last hour before sunset, also called the golden hour or "ora d'oro," enchants with its tranquility and serenity, as well as the unique golden-orange color of the sky. It is precisely these colors that inspired us to make that moment of calm and carefree bliss even more special.
Our aperitivo, which is also the first Croatian aperitivo, was created in honor of such moments, and its color, taste, and aroma perfectly match the mood and need to mark such a perfect end to the day.
We prepare it based on grain distillate, demineralized water, orange peel, sugar, carrot, and twelve wild herbs and spices.
It has a dry and not too sweet taste, and it is served as an aperitif on its own or in a spritz variation according to our recipes.

Aura cocktails
Ora d'Oro spritz
Ingredients:
- 6 ice cubes
- 40 ml Aura Aperitivo Ora d'Oro
- 100 ml tonic water
- Decoration: a slice of orange
Preparation:
Add ice, Aura Aperitivo Ora d'Oro, and Tonic Water to a large wine glass. Mix the cocktail with a bar spoon in circular motions to combine all ingredients. Decorate with a slice of orange.
